Looking at buying one, new in the box for $200. I've heard they are a little delicate. Does anyone here have any experience with them?

they make for the LE/military,so they can't be too delicate.

For better or worse I own it. Should be here late this week I think. There where COTS purchases by SF as far as I know.
I'll have to post up a pic of the upper it's going on. It's all Colt. Colt 14.5" barrel with an Early Colt new take off A2 gray upper. Colt shiny new take off hand guards, NOS Colt flat slip ring. Used Colt gray charging handle, NOS Colt non GI scope mount, NOS Colt side sling adapter.
This was supposed to be a beater/truck gun. Same as my last carbine. I still need to get an extended flash hider pinned and welded to bring the barrel up to 16" before I mount it on a lower.

I've got a black Essential Arms lower that should be in this week, and a new Nodak Spud A1 profile lower that should be in in a month or so I hope.
The EA lower will be sold when I get the NDS lower.
